Goodbye Deer Hunter, Egon, High Pockets and Wallace. Good riddance Sir Talks-a-Lot and your buddy Grillz. Good luck to you boy- who-waves-at-dogs and girl-who-plays-with-chickens. Have a good life David’s Mom and you too, man who walks the streets in slippers. For we are moving out of your neighborhood and onto a new one. Another place where we can give new, unique nicknames to all who live close to us. And yet, as excited as we are about moving out of our current neighborhood and into the next, we must wait. Approximately 20 days. So many people jumped at the chance to move into our house, to experience the culture of the neighborhood, that we sold our home sooner than expected. So ready were we to move, that we accepted an offer on our house and have chosen to move out before our new home is ready. But where can we stay? What place allows dogs and cats and doesn't cost an arm and a leg? Why, the only logical answer seemed to be a campground. So, for 20 days, that is where we will be. This blog, suggested by my brother-in-law, will chronicle the days of our lives….as we live them …at the Nashville Country RV Park.
For those who don’t know, when I say “We”, I am referring to myself, husband, Sam, and our pets – Echo (60 pound husky mix pooch) and Coach (overweight kitty cat). I am fortunate enough to have loving, understanding in-laws that have a really nice camper they are letting us borrow. In fact, this amazing father-in-law is going to drive the camper to our campsite and set it up for us. Where he parks it, is where it will stay, since we do not have a vehicle with the strength to pull something so large. Please pray we will survive this escapade – we hope for no rain, patience, a kitty who likes to camp and most of all NO TORNADOS!
<3 Here's to the HIGH LIFE!!!
